Kellie Henry, a mom of many, has shared her story and what works when her children start arguing over something or other. She explains that trying to keep things fair all the time between her four children is annoying, so she stopped doing it. She started employing a different method.

On her platform, Kellie goes on to explain that she gives each of her four children a day - a day where they have their responsibilities but also get special treatment. On the day, each child has to deal with the trash, walk the dog, do dishes, and do other chores. However, on that day, that child is royalty. They make all the decisions - where to eat, where to sit in the car, what to do in their free time - everything.
